Welcome to the marvelous world of Music with Amari. As a musician and educator, my goal is to share my passion and love for music to my students. I have been teaching music in public school and in private lessons for 5+ years. My primary instrument is the violin, which I have been playing for nearly 18 years, but am also well versed on any instrument you can find in a school band and orchestra.
As a musician, and an educator I find it extremely important to be well versed in all instruments. I have been in various ensembles playing the violin and the trumpet. I have been in the West Chester University's "Incomporable" Golden Rams Marching Band, WCU's Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra, Trumpet Ensemble, and other student-lead ensembles and chamber groups.
I currently teach music lessons through different music stores in the state of Delaware and Maryland, as well as offer my own private lessons. I cater to students from ages 3-adulthood. I am also offering my services as a music specialists in day cares and early learning centers. I am excited to hear from you and cannot wait to start making music!

Award winning colorguard
Ms Amari was involved in indoor colorguard for 3 years in high school where they won 1st place at Atlantic Coast Championships (ACCS) in 2014 and 2016 (pictured)!

award winning Jazz Band
I was in jazz band for 3 years where I played 2nd trumpet (the soloist)! This picture is from my senior year where we won 1st place!
Pit orchestra
This picture was from when I was in the pit in high school. The moms made us cookies with our faces on them, so cool!
